if yes then we have to select then and get manager approval

after then we have to select flow logic and select if and action

if manager approves then we have to create catalog task

make state closed after catalog task is created and when we close task

if catalog task is completed we end flow

if manager rejects approval then we have to make state closed

if we selected manager approval as no then it should do another catalog task and end flow

if parent incident is closed then child incident also should be closed

we have to trigger when incident state changes to closed

now we will update each record with state of resolved with same resolution code and notes as parent incident
