When we want text to align to single box
we use wrap text
To add comment to line
To Create table
select all of data you want to make as a table and click table in insert
You can change the designs and do these all of these extra features to tables
if you want to select by only one name you can do this
you can do this remaining operations also
if you want to do calculations in excel use = before them
if we want to calculate based on previous values then use = and select cell and type + and select another cell and press enter
if we want to apply the same formula to multiple lines just drag and drop and it will apply to all columns
if we want to add the values of 1 2 3 4 to the right 2 then we have to apply a formula use $ before the row value and column value to right side 2 that we want to add
now drag adn drop then all of the values will be added
if we want to change format of cell
click general and select option
Conditional Formatting
if we want to highlight values greater than 5 then we can use this
first select the values where we want to apply this
to delete the rules we can do this
we cannot drag adn drop text like numbers as they repeat themselves
you can double click when drag and dropping if we have cells already filled
here left side options are dragged and dropped based on right side cells by clicking double click
but we can drag cells for days like sunday, monday ( also works for months = january, february)
if cell text is crossing to next cell
double click on these two arrows to adjust its size
if there is more space after text you can double click again and it will adjust
to apply borders
select all the data you have and select borders and all borders
if we want to give a specific width to all columns we click right click and select column width and specify the number of widtgh
you can also give row height
if we want to angle clockwise all text
vertical text
if we want all the cells combined into one cell we select merge and center
now there will be no cells for c d e f ..
